      Stuart…..look at Forest.
      I remember watching you play.
      You gave ‘over and above’ expectations in every match.
      Not one single player in that current Forest team, plays with the commitment that you did.

      To many Rolexes, Lambos and Bimbos..!
      If they don’t win, they should be paid a quid!

      Louis Van Gaal already commented on this during his time: "Man United is a commercial club. Those are difficult choices for a coach. As a coach, you should prefer a football club".

      As long as United continue to be a commercial club, expect these results to continue as well.

      Is Jordan unaware that Ratcliffe is taking over the football operations? 25% thing is irrelevant. He's calling the shots when it comes to anything football related.

      The 'performance' in football consists of scoring at least one goal more than the other team by attacking, defending and transitioning (as a team), passing and pressing(as an individual). The head coach is ultimately responsible for that performance. So, the head coach is the 'Head of Performance' and his assistant football coaches are the 'performance coaches'. So developing playing style, Tactical changes, selecting the team, making substitutions and what no one is talking about choosing Benni McCarty as a scoring trainer to improve goal scoring is yet another gaff Ten hag decision and is not the responsibility of the glazers but of Ten Hag and his staff and they have failed miserably. This is a fact. Why is this still being discussed?

      Man United dont need to spend £200m every summer, we need a football director who can unearth players who are making the step up, good characters, hungry and technically sound and help the manager fulfil his vision. In the last 10 years we have had a scatter gun approach with both players and managers. I'm hoping that Ratcliffe sees this and the Glazers understand that if they allow someone competent to run the football side by hiring the right people – everyone wins..including the Glazers themselves.

      You have to remember that players like Rashford and even Maguire for a time are undroppable….not because they are great players, but because they cost the club so much money. That’s how the Glazers work. If you think ETH isn’t told to play certain players by the Glazers then you’re deluded.

      Man U just have lower standards now. It's like Arsenal after moving from Highbury. Soon they stopped challenging for titles, 4th became ''success'', no trophies until 2014 (just the FA Cup), they went from Thierry Henry and Viera to Chamakh and Elneny. First the club expectations drop, and then that trickles down to the fans. Man U and its fans are now satisfied with 4th.

      Agree with Simon, ETH is not right for MU, his man mgmt is weak, he's lost the dressing room, players don't respect & believe in him, he's not a leader who inspires the players, heck he doesn't inspire confidence in me whenever I look at him or whenever he speaks. Basically he doesn't know what he's doing with the team but tries to potray to people like he does.

      Just think you go to work if u don't work hard enough or do your job your in the office, getting a warning, and 3 strikes your out all for minimum wage . How many strikes have these players had all while getting payed £££££. All radcliff will do is come in and throw money at it like united always do end up wasting it

      Simon does this a lot. Conflates events to match his own story. José didn't finish 2nd with 2 trophies. He finished 6th with 2 trophies. Then he finished second losing an FA cup final. He wants to streamline everything to match his narrative. Jose was unable to be successful at Utd. Are we saying he doesn't have the leadership qualities to manage a dressing room? Clearly there is more wrong above and below the managers that see them all peak and drop

      United fans waiting for this change of ownership forever, like that's gonna change everything. It's getting a bit desperate. You have what you have,, what can you do. I'm sure you're not the only club out there with bad owners. Still, you spent a lot of money, and it's your manager who bought most of these players, only to still play Martial upfront and Shaw as CB, with Varane on the bench, and half of the squad suspended cos they were 5 minutes late to training.

      So ETH should get a pass cos your ownership is bad, keep him then.

      Its funny how every single manager at United ends up rowing with the team. As soon as those players are being ruled with a iron fist, performances will improve.
