So I wanted to confirm for example I applied for three different universities for admission. Do I have to submit three different applications on CSC portal?

I have a question. In my application, when I was around 75% done, they required that I should add the names of my nominees. But, I'm yet to apply to any school. And, I think I can't proceed with the application without having nominees. How do I go about it?
