  1. True English heroes, shining a light on the criminal world of politicians. . Convid highlighted the corruption of parliament and its media lackies. Nobody minds paying taxes as long as it’s used for its right purpose . I e the infrastructure of the country, council tax being spent in the community it’s collected from. , bless you beautiful people for bringing this to the attention of the country especially the filming of these events, exposing those who are working against the people in a criminal manner

  2. There are some genuinely good people going into politics. Time to stand by them as they stand up for the people. But these shadowy people trying to steer councils against the people are surely committing treason against the people a very serious offence I believe, maybe the police should be involved. Who are these shadowy individuals

  3. Was Mr Young the one who went through the one way system at the bottom of North Hill and used his power to the police and said DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM also seem to remember he was the one who said thousands of people will visit the VAF they will travel from all around the country ,more lies

  4. Bless those councillors who stood by the people, earning the respect of the people. What a beautiful sight to see and those police officers standing by the people there is hope that good people now coming together

  5. These man and woman who acts as public servants
    Magistrate
    Judge
    Clerks
    Justice of the peace
    Etc
Do not operate in the kings courts at the courthouse public building.

So what type of Court are these people operating in then at the courthouse public building

Private court at the courthouse public building.

  6. Pull the original constitution; bill of rights etc as enacted at the public records that is enrolled and get it unrolled and get a copy of it.
Not the codified altered copy that on the website for public use.

Get the original so you know nothing has been changed.

  7. Angry only serves their purpose. People turn away from angry there’s already enough angry, people don’t want another layer of negativity. And the way you beautiful people conduct yourselves is so heartwarming,

  8. She can only ask for you to leave the public building but what she can not do is order you to leave the public building

Orders their liable for and compensation is due from them personally

And if any man or woman put their hands on you that’s trespass without a right and their liable to prosecution

  9. It's great to see the enlightened challenge of the litigious authority of the councils. Whether this is to demand money from private individuals and /or to act as a judiciary. People are waking up and I can't wait to see the point when this awakening reaches a critical mass of a magnitude sufficient to affect a tipping point. Excellent work guys, and girls of course.

  10. I think to a large extent the councils are taking their cue from the globalist sectors that we are all aware of. They want us to be good little subjects and leave the thinking and persuance of the law to them. This tyrannical attitude is only going to serve to vex the private individuals who wish to question the validity of these actions the councils are responsible for arrogantly pursuing. The gentleman's argument was lucid and reasonable and their arrogance and indignance at merely being faced with true statements of ancient law is shocking. The tide is indeed turning in the right direction though.

  11. Are the council really listening to the public. It really does seem they just let the public speak, but don't really care or want to do what the public want. They seem to just to want to collect money and do the bare minimal for it. It's shocking how they behave.

And I do wonder about the "good" councillors, are they just saying the right things to people to pacify them, and keep them happy? Just a thought.

  12. They all take an oath in the civil service . There is a civil code which guides the conduct of civil servants.
It is the committee of standards and public life to reinforce the highest standards of conduct be it the police/ the health service and councils.
But it is also the behaviour of every individual especially those at the top of an organisation. That really matters.
How a leader behaves/ Teamleader of an organisation there behaviour and conduct flows through the constitution.
If the principles and and priorities are promoted to the the high standards of ethics of which they all swear an oath to do so.
Then other corporations will follow and adhere to.
    The importance of standards
    Remain constant.
Under the principles of Nolan. The seven principles of public life of which those in public office are expected to uphold
Accountability means that decisions are scrutinised demonstrating ethical leadership. When things go badly/ wrong. It means to live ve out of he seven principles of public life.
If you are a publicly c officeholder you are Expected to lead by example.
    And These councils are not.

  13. Great conversation, back to factory settings , just a great analogy. You are right about their pay, they won’t fight for justice they will save their pay packet . But when it does come out in the wash , they won’t be able to show their faces
    Well done ❤

  14. Most councillors are clueless to lawful protocol. Many are so arrogant not to undertake any form of education or training. They just shout and scream and use words they don’t understand.

I’m sick of paying for crack pot schemes, crisis this and that and money not being spent cleaning streets, drains and local services.

  15. They're saying your Liability is based on a assumption your living in a dwelling 365 days a year LGFA 1992 section 2 and 3. We don't live in a dwelling we live in a private living accommodation

  16. The LGFA 1992 is based on a PERSON, Interpenetration Act 1889 and 1978 schedule 1 defines a PERSON for all legislation unless otherwise stated is includeding a body corporate or unincorporate!

  17. Well they have now decided comments should be turned off.Looking at the felling of thousands of trees in Sheffield and the recent Torquay tree fiasco carried out in the dead of night one has to conclude that many councillors have a cavity where the brain normally resides.

  18. The issue is that people automatically take such comments personally so instantly go into fight or flight which can trigger irrational behaviour and they start to defend themselves in fear that they themselves may be accused and may be held accountable.

  19. It would be very interesting to know considering the council's are a corporation who are the directors how many shares there are what their actual relationship to the people in that area lawfully is?
Who votes for the directors and who are they responsible to?
