Very pleasant conversation, I could have listened for hours; I know Richard but never really had a chance to find out more about his journey and it was very pleasant to hear (it actually even raised a couple of questions I want to ask him soon about what he does); Thank you Flo for bringing up these interviews. I find your style and the questions you ask, very enjoyable, as you don't cut the person you are interviewing, you let him/her speak, you listen and foster the conversation, so for someone like me, who can't actively participate and can only listen, you're doing a great job!
