Like my local grocery store sells live crab and lobster, but they’re kept in tanks, and they are kept in the tank until you want to purchase one, which at that point they take them out of the tank, put rubber bands around their claws, and put them into a cardboard box with little air holes in the sides and a little handle
Like I’ve never seen live crab or lobster packaged in plastic wrap and a piece of styrofoam like that’s super fucked up..
