I have recently learnt from a study that milk should be avoided all together due to negative health impact, that does not include fermented milk products such as yoghurt, but, it does, im pretty certain, include whey protein. So there goes two of my favorite protein sources out the window. Are vegan, plant based protein powders as good as whey?
hi scooby. i have had a theory that luisa from the movie encanto is on steroids. im not sexist but its a fact that men can build more muscle than women. my dad has been a powerlifter for 10+ years and is not as big as luisa. of course many people oppose this theory. so i wanted to ask you as a proffessional if luisas physique looks natural as a 19 year old.(luisa is 19)
