High Street Kensington is dangerous enough without a segregated cycle lane, and then add in distracted phone drivers, nightmare.

  1. Mike, could you tell me the law of videos playing on a dash mounted phone?

Not touching it of-course (say listening to music on youtube)

    Thanks!

  2. Holding the phone that low down is a further distraction for the driver, taking their eyes away from the windscreen. These people deserve punishment. Well done Mikey. Stay safe👍👍👍

  3. caught my own phone driver today Mikey. told him to put the phone down, he had the gall to roll his window down and tell me to "SHUT UP", then sped off. unfortunately my gopro had ran out of charge 🙁

  4. Hi Mikey, I can't help noticing that most vehicles seem to be ignoring the 20mph speed limit which I believe is in force all over London. Wonder if there is a way you can catch those drivers? I'm imagining you'd need a speed measuring device, wonder how that would work in law and in terms of reporting offenders. Just a thought.

  5. Good catch, Mikey.
At 0:14 we get the BMW driver who didn't see you (or did, but chose to pull across anyway). Then the white Toyota at 0:29 who appears to start moving before checking their mirrors. Then the phone user, and then the van driver, all in one short stretch on a London road. Makes me glad that I got out of London when I had the chance!
