This is my first time owning a bike! I ordered it online (it’s a partial e-bike) and assembled it myself with minimal issue. The trouble now is, the seat seems to have fallen into the seat tube. That is, the rod is stuck in the receiver. Pictures for context. The bike is much too short to ride like this.
Any advice on how to lift the seat rod out of the receiver pipe? Is there a freakin’ release latch I’m missing? Bike model is VIVI MT26G 26 Inch Electric Cruiser City Bike. No stupid answers; I need help.

Put the saddle back on like in the first picture. Tighten the nuts. Pull
Just to explain a few terms before we get into it.
Seat post: the rod that your saddle is mounted to
Seat tube: the vertical tube in your bike frame that the seat post slides into
Seat clamp: the collar that goes around the seat tube and fixed the seat post in place. Yours has a quick release lever mechanism.
Your seat clamp lever is already open, but it also has a threaded end to finely adjust the pressure applied to the seat post. Make sure this is plenty loose. Hold the nut (non-lever side) and rotate the lever anti-clockwise.
With the seat installed to the seat post tightly, rotate the seat while pulling the seat upwards. If it twists, verify fast that the seat post is rotating in the seat tube rather that the seat rotating around the seat post.
If you get the seat post out of the tube, make sure you put some grease on the post before you reinstall it
Spray with WD40 or penetrating oil, let that sit, hit it again. After that get the seat back on tight, pull and twist, back and forth
If all else fails, drill a hole through the post, big enough to be able to put a decent sized bolt through it and use it to pull and twist it out…
1 Put the saddle back
2 release the seat clamp from the left there is a thing u can screw “twist” to release it
3 put some wd40
4 twist the saddle while lifting upwards
5 congrats 🚴🏼
