We plan on taking the bikes to a flea market unless they are worth anything. Then maybe some advice on whether cleaning them a certain way or leaving as is, perhaps replacing certain parts to make them worth a little more. We have no idea about the bikes at all, so any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Solid 4 cases of Lone Star right there!
Picked up how exactly? All different sizes and all over the place in terms of genre/price and you’re posing them in the dark from the back of a jeep, and you ‘have no idea…; that doesn’t seem too shady or anything… Just sayin. from the perspective of a cynical NYer.
The Ttek 520 is a nice vintage ride, there are people who would be excited about that. The green one is a no-name clunker, and the KHS is (I THINK) kinda unremarkable.
Were me, I’d list them each at $250obo and be happy to pocket $100each as is.
The Trek 520 is a touring specific bike that was offered from about 1983 until a few years ago (replaced with a disk brake variant). It remains popular with bicycle tourists. You won’t realize its value at the local flea market. I would suggest selling on line or maybe consign it through a local Trek dealer. Look at the Ebay listings for this bike.
That first bike isn’t vintage but it sure is beautiful
