If your question is “can I put this old one back on somehow?” Then the answer is no.
If your question is “is there a way to repair the frame so that I can have a brake mount here” then the answer is yes.
First way I can think of is to figure out the diameter of that mount, and the length of the original piece, grind the old one completely off, weld the new piece right there and tap the middle of it so it matches the screw that goes right there.
Second idea I have is grind it down and either tap it so it fits a brake mount screw, then order a removeable brake mount kit from another frame and just use that, orrrr maybe you will have to weld a new bung right there so that it can be used with a removeable brake mount piece.

Some of those are actually removable and thread into the frame. This one looks like you might be able to remove it and get new posts. Otherwise grind/drill it out and have a new post welded on then tap it.

You might be able to use a Bolt-On 990 U-Brake Plate depending on your frame. Would bolt into the brace tube between the seat stay tubes.
you gotta get some channel locks on that nub and turn ‘er loose.
Those are removable, but looks like your straight up snapped.

Ok so take a grinder with a metal cutting wheel cut them down and run breakless for a little bit while you find a welder and they can do it not kidding I’ve had this happen to me

Go to a frame builder and have them braze or weld new ones.

1. Proper way – buy replacements for 6.30$, grind the site to a level and re-weld.
2. Cheap way – get a longer bolt and screw all the way down when mounting the break.
If you drill down the center of the stud all the way through, you can use an easy out to hammer into the center and remove it

Unless you’re on dirt just ride brakeless, riding with someone on skavenger turned me away from brakes.

Buy a replacement stud, clean and drill out the broken one, then weld in the replacement. Or have some fab shop to do it. MAKE SURE THEY WELD ONLY THE BACKSIDE UNDER THE STUD.

I never did like the V brakes, you should have a hole in the bar near your seat bar is to use the standard brakes, just switch it to that.
