Should have been wearing those brown cords when driving through the flood!
I would get someone to fit that for you, with the mileage on the bike the exhaust studs have heated up and cooled down far too many times for them to be removed with ease Freddie, you will also require new studs and nuts and OEM gaskets – I would not use paste. Get the garage that fixed the head to put it on for you.
Remember to get the exhaust muffler gaskets or you will have gas leaking out where the pipes connect to the muffler Freddie. They may already be there inside the connecting section on the muffler but make sure it is, would not be surprised if the breakers removed all the old gaskets and seals. You should probably also replace your exhaust header gaskets as well ( there's a gasket that seals the pipes to the engine exhaust manifold) they should be replaced whenever you install a new exhaust esp if its old. These gaskets should not be nearly as hard to find as your engine head gasket btw.
Love how the F500 turned into a small boat haha I can't wait to see those new exhaust on the Bonneville! Thanks Freddie and Monika, absolutely love your content, always makes my day! Cheers!
..spent a few fantastic weeks walking in England during summer (Cotswold Way then Peddars Way, sleeping in the woods..) — I 'got the feels' looking at this Freddie. Lovely filming, editing and soundtrack as always. And yeah, One Piece wet kit – tested mine in cyclonic drizzle, worked well. Cheers to you, and Monica, from NZ. #Bonneville2007 #Daytona1967
Millets: great choice. never buy overpriced motorcycle waterproofs. Cords: haven't had a pair since my teens. Nice refreshing drop of rain, Freddie. Shame about the dents in the exhausts. Nick J
In Australia we have a safety campaign…… "If it's flooded, forget it" … can't believe you got the little Fiat through that…
Maybe fit an outboard motor on the Fiat 500 😂
Hi Freddie, great video but a quick question, not motorbike related, what boots are you wearing in the rain?
Are you going back to Belvedere?
Freddie – I am picking up one of the first brand new 350 Enfield Bullets this weekend. they are very similar to the 350 Classic but with a dual seat. I can't damn wait! Size isn't everything when it comes to having fun on a motorbike. Thanks for promoting the benefits of riding less powerful real world bikes.
Ah brilliant, same exhaust as my Bonnie, you are going to love the sound absolutely love the sound.
Is there nothing your plucky little Fiat can't do?? That is one amazing little car.
Hello . I am a fan. Please write the name of places so we can search. thank you
Thought the Fiat might be toast there for a minute
There’s something about breakers yards that I’ve always liked
It’s all very different nowadays with health and safety and environmental disposal regulations
so many breakers have long since gone now but back in the day I would spend ages just wondering around a breakers yard when I only went in for a few parts but would always come out with more
Hi Nice video in a Romantic Climate Conditions🎉
I don't know the situation in the UK, but in the US, at least as of a couple of years ago, it was impossible to get hubcaps for a Fiat 500. I was missing one, and no dealer had any nor could get any. Maybe that was just a pandemic problem and it's better now. I hope you can find one.
Another entertaining day with Mon & Freddie … please keep us posted on the hubcap situation. 😉
Freddie congrats with TOR exhaust with those TORs you will need a remap your Triumh dealer should be able to do sine they are Triumphs. Mightas well remove the AI while you are at it. Cheers
Nice jacket Freddie! Which Barbour model is it? 🙂
Sorry to here you are leaving Suffolk.
Not keen on Ipswich.
You will miss traffic free roads , the coast and Krazy Horse.
that would be 2 US AIrforce bases and not the barracks
My parents dressed me in cords aswell 😂
