Found online, being sold. No information, so would like to know whether this would be a modern barntreasure or junk. It looks a bit rough.

Thanks! That’s exactly it – poor bike
It appears to have matching wheels and all the components are there (other than the seat. If it’s cheap I’d probably grab it and do a cleanup and flip it at 100-150 depending on the local market. It is rough but so long as there are no holes that have rusted through I think it would still be a serviceable bike.
Seeing old bikes stored like this hurts my soul.
