Planning a route in eastern Cuba. Would love to hear from people who have been there.

Can I ride the southern route from the east shore of Guantanamo Bay across the bridge and then head toward the south coast. It appears that there is a coastal road there. (rather than head north to Guantanamo city and along the A1).
…related will there be some services and CPs for lodging along that southern route
If needed, can I ride the A1? (i.e. Guantanamo toward Santiago) All my research says yes cyclists do it all the time, but it is labeled as a highway.
What is the best way to get two of us via ground transportation from Holguin to Moa (200kms) with bikes and gear (I dont really have time to ride that part): hire a taxi, viazul bus, other?
