Hi all,
I purchased a DMASUN stationary bike on Amazon. The left pedal recently came loose and fell off of the crank. We noticed the left crank was stripped so I’m unable to reattach the pedal. I have purchased an off-brand replacement crank on Amazon but unfortunately the pedal does connect to the crank. I reached out to amazon but they’re unable to send me a replacement crank. The company is difficult to get into contact with, almost impossible as it’s not American based. Am I out of luck? What suggestions do you guys have? The crank is 170mm and needs to have two circular holes. I’ll attach a picture of the crank without the pedal. Thanks in advance for any advice.
