Hi people of the Canyon family.
Just got my new Canyon Grizl CF SL7 eTap today. While changing the tires to studded ones for winter riding, the rear cassette just fell off without even touching it.
Never seen this kind of behaviour before. 😳 There was two cogwheels and two springs between the cassette and the hub.
Tried to search the Internet what is the assembly setup for this but didn’t find any.
Help needed. What to do?

If you’re uncertain of the order in which to insert the parts of the ratchet mechanism, you can search YouTube for videos similar to [this one](https://youtu.be/PXJ2ao-Iq14?si=LTg3aE_aaea-Irry).
I love how clean it is 😄
Why would they design it like this? It’s going to fall apart every time you swap a tube?
