Hello everyone, I really need confirmation from you. Assuming the wheel is always properly seated all the way back in the dropouts and tightened correctly, does it have any risk of the wheel moving forward when I brake ? Thank you.
Both forces from slowing down and torque from caliper would pull the wheel deeper into drop out, so I wouldn’t worry about that.
What concerns me is the thickness of the frame tubing and possibility of it folding under braking beyond the area of reinforcments… That dropout position is a pretty long lever

I would get a proper frame builder to take a look at what you’ve made. I’ve been around bikes a long time but even I don’t have a clue what is safe and what is not when it comes to building your own frame.
Why I suggest that is because the wheel will get pushed into the dropout and that is quite a simple concept. Not saying you’re incapable of making a frame safely, but there’s a lot to it you probably haven’t considered
