I think I need to raise my bike seat a little bit. This is not a typical hex bolt, it has three dots. My bike shop has the special tool.

Pinhead
Each one has a specific key, it’s not just a nut, it’s a lock nut.
My sister in law lost hers and I tried to find a way around it, you need the documentation for the pinhead to get a new key or go to the bike shop you got it from to have them order you one.
it’s a security screw that one might buy to prevent theft of their wheels and/or seat
