Three major triathlons, three different countries, three time zones. All in 10 days. That was the challenge for CADEX triathlete Kristian Blummenfelt.
It may seem crazy, but Blummenfelt is used to attempting the impossible. This 10-day span of competition and travel was all about one thing: preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games.
Joined for part of the trip by fellow Norwegian and CADEX-sponsored triathlete Gustav Iden this is the story of how it went.

Kristian is an absolute Epic Beast
love to see the friendship btw Kris & Gustav…..wish both of them all the best in future races
Canβt believe Kristian won such a tough PTO with no sleep. Incredible athlete. Also the way he performed in Paris one year away after still being in long course PTO form is also amazing. I think he is on track for another Olympic medal after a bit of track speed work.
Best Edit ever ofcπ
I love Blu's attitude. The guy doesn't hide. I'm amazed that his body can take such a load. It's truly a superpower.
Awesome content. Well done π π
Wonderful insight. However, it feels like it is incomplete? It should have been at least 30 minutes long.
Gotta also add in Gustavβs mom passed away. He hadnβt planned on racing per his instagram post, but he came out anyways. Definitely a tough year for him.
Great video.
Always interesting to know little details and the way this 2 Triathlon starts can handle
Love these videos ππ
Super cool videoβ€
I hope two top guys win the Paris and other mid/long distance races!!!
Extremely good editing! Made it enjoyable to watch. Go Gustav!!!!!
