Hey everyone – wanted to adjust the stem but when I took off the top nut, I heard something drop into the fork tube. When I started to put it back together, I noticed that the nut wouldn’t “grab” anything to screw back in.
Took a look in and saw this bolt wiggling around. Tried to shake it upside down, but it looks like that collar (which I’m guessing the bolt was mounted to) is blocking it to come out.
What’s next? Do I try to get that collar out? Any instructions on that? Then how I would mount back the bolt into the collar?

You can take the stem out and without the collars it should fall out. The other thing you could do is use a magnet if it’s steel
