The rim size has no bearing on the spoke size and associated nipple. Just get one that has multiple sizes if you don’t have caliper to measure or get one for 3.45mm (0.136″) which is what most basic bikes use

3.2 mm is for higher end 14 and 15G nipples and the 3.4mm size is for the nipples often found on less expensive, Asian built wheels.
