  1. ❀ This was a fabulous tour. I feel like I've seen this one before with the story of what she's done with it. Another quick interview. But this was lovely looking both at the Chateau itself as well as the story it's wrapped up in. Love all the information. Given with heart and not a sense of elitism. Most Chatelain are focused on the collection of historical furniture and lineage, which is only really interesting for those who find politics of any use. I'm far more interested in the feel and heritage of how the past relates to those who are living in it now. She's definitely the correct person for this chateau.

  2. Just wow! She speaks English more fluently and elegantly than I ever will and I'm a native English speaker! Good for her! What an enlightened and intelligent person. Inspiring also. Hope to visit one day.

  3. It's in good shape and she is to be commended for the good state of the buildings. But the furnishings are far too modern. Chateaux are meant to be furnished in traditional taste. To furnish them in a modern way is to do them a disservice. Perhaps she can transition the furniture into something more appropriate as time goes on.

  4. Well done. You have done a great job of explaining all there is to know about your chateau, right from the beginning. You’ve done it in a way that is easy to understand and everything you’ve had to say flows beautifully.

  5. Very lovely tour and storytelling in such beautiful chateau and its history. Jessica surely is a great host in this video, and it reflects the warm hospitality the chateau surely provides. Thank you for sharing your home.
