The European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities is an opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
To mark the occasion, we invite you to watch a video of our Para cycling champion, Forian Jouanny, who visited our Lyon offices on 9 November.
After an autograph session, our friendly, dynamic and smiling athlete took part in a question and answer session with some of our employees.
It was an opportunity to find out more about our athlete, his personality, his ambitions and his preparations for the Paris 2024 Games. He also shared his views on disability and praised France’s efforts to promote Paralympism, which he hopes will continue in the long term. Florian also confirmed the excellent accessibility of our premises, a very good point for Egis 😉.
The day started in the rain, but ended in bright sunshine. A few employees, tempted by the experience, went for a few laps on a handbike in the Parc de la Tête d’Or.
