Sun XCD crank arms with a 28T inner ring and 118mm bottom bracket. The inner ring is getting awfully close to the chainstay. I haven’t measured it exactly but it looks to have around 1mm clearance. Frame is a Crust Romanceur.

Are those rings on the right way? Looks like a rather large gap
The manufacturer defines the BB length. Does XCD say 118?
Is the mounting bolt torqued to spec?
