Hill get you high (endorphin rush). In the US, hilly cities have lots of bikes because riding is addictive.
dice to have a human narrating rather than a stilted AI narration. But, Does Portugal really use that stupid left arm up for a right turn?
Bikes or no bikes. Porto is one of the most wonderful cities in the world. I keep coming back and I'm loving it more every time.
I'm a keen cyclist and love Port. But riding the steep cobblestone streets of the historic centre would be a challenge even to me. I hope the best for Porto taking up on cycling.

what a dumb idea. speaking as a portuguese offroad country side avid bike rider. they will change their minds quickly when you slip on wet cobblestone and crack open their noggin. not even referring to the steep narrow alleyways. yeah good luck.
