Place de Clichy is a station on the lines 2 and 13.
The station opened on October 7, 1902 (the line 13 platforms opened on February 26, 1911).

  1. The Place de Clichy is one of the rare – only 4 places – squares in Paris where 4 arrondissements border at each other (8th, 9th, 17th and 18th). Station itself it pretty standard, but the line 13 station is one of the – most busy – 11 stations on that line 13 equipped with semi-high platform screen doors to improve passenger flows. It's not for automation purposes to be clear. Also intresting, of all metro stations in Paris, this is the only one that plays classical music as 'muzak'. The reason why isn't apperent.
