  1. The eyelet will pop out one day. I’d be lining up a new wheel or a rim to rebuild to the hub. You could ride it for an unknown amount of time without issues. If you ride it in the short term, just have a basic idea on how to tuck a spoke into the wheel or remove from the hub in case it breaks mid ride.

  2. My primary concern is that the crack is close to the rim seam. If you’re a lighter individual and ride on relatively smooth surfaces, it *might* be fine for a while. For piece of mind, I’d start squirreling away money for a new rim.

  3. New wheels day soon. That bit of cracking will progress, and soon it will start at other spokes as well. It’s not going to kill you most likely, but it’s not safe to ride more than absolutely necessary.
