It looks well used but pretty much impossible to tell from a picture of it’s past the limit. skipping under load in the smaller cogs is a classic symptom of a worn cassette.
I’ve never seen adjusting b tension screw gain enough chain wrap to prevent skipping and it will likely affect your shift performance. Besides, it would probably be a very temporary fix if it did work.

Start by adjusting the derailleur. Cable tension is the most likely culprit here. Could also be B limit. If that’s all adjusted right, and it still skips, measure your chain ware. Or more likely you have already replaced your chain and you let the old one get too worn out so you need a new cassette.

Try setting B and limit screws as well as cable tension. I’d also double-check hanger alignment.

the cassette looks worn AF, but adjust your derailleur first. If it still slips after adjusting the derailleur, it is time for a new cassette.
