Received my Spectral AL 5 today & the box was in pretty bad shape. One of the plastic dial locks was also missing. Could this be a used/returned bike? Checking here before I contact customer service tomorrow

Did you do what the text on the tape says you should?
Try opening box?
I’d definitely contact support. But I don’t recall if my tape was broken, I assume it wasn’t since I don’t remember.
