that bike has front suspension, and it’d be suited for casual neighborhood rides and some light dirt/gravel. It would be an alright bike for someone 13-14 years old or younger. just make sure its the right size for them; bike manufacturers tend to sell bikes than are a size too big, at least when it comes to adult road bikes.
[Giordano H2](https://giordano.bike/products/giordano%C2%AE-h2-1?_pos=2&_sid=a69d079e1&_ss=r) $263 has a lighter rigid fork and a simpler 1×9 speed drive train.
Short 63mm travel suspension forks such as the one on the Maxima Sport don’t do all that much except add weight.
