Picture 1: that’s your cone with integrated dust seal. (edit: maybe not integrated? Do you have 2 seals just sitting on the tool flats of the cone, or are they connected to eachother? quite hard to tell from your picture.)
Picture 3: ~~top piece is your cup. It needs to be flipped around and put on before the cone. Bearings go in the cup, then cone, then spacers, then locknut.~~
~~Not all cups are removable, but if it came out easily you can just press it back into place in the freehub by hand.~~
