I had made the mistake of flipping my bike upside down when changing out a blown tire. I had flipped the bike upside down and taken the chain off to get the tire off. After finally fixing the tire i had seen that the chain was not only off the holder I had it on but also tangled. After untangling it I put the tire back on and moved the chain onto the smallest gear shift I realized that after turning the wheel it will stop suddenly because the chain is caught on the inside of the frame (picture one) and also not on the bottom ⚙️ (which is picture 2) and is preventing me from peddling.
