Yep, another post about sizing, my bad lol. I have the chance to buy a second hand Canyon Ultimate CF SLX 8 Disc LTD I ([this model here](https://www.canyon.com/en-ch/ultimate-cf-slx-8-disc-ltd-i/3082.html?dwvar_3082_pv_rahmenfarbe=BK%2FBK)) for CHF 4800 (about EUR 5000). Should be a decent deal I hope, original price in March 2022 was CHF 6100 (about EUR 6360).

The bike is only available in frame size L though and I’m wondering if that’s too big for me. My height is 185 cm (about 6’1″) and my inner leg length is 88cm (about 34.6 inches). With these date the Canyon website tells me to go for frame size L. However, as soon as I put in a height of 184cm, it tells me I could go for frame sizes M or L with the advice “*Based on your measurements, we recommend two frame sizes for this bike. Size up for more stability and size down for more agility.*” Sure enough, the size chart shows me almost right on the edge between M or L. Has anyone here found themselves in a similar position and has any advice? I think I might potentially like the sportier and more agile feel of frame size M but have no way of test riding it at the moment. Thanks!
