A version that you could do is (if it works) is to raise the 4/8 homegrown rule to 25 homegrown to register a squad?
You still get some business with up to 18year olds. Would be fun to see. If the clubs realize that and invest more in youth setups, farmer clubs etc

You should add "notes" to the teams so it's easier to see the affected teams at a glance when looking at the tables (they will have a yellow icon next to their names). Saying that, it might have been a bit tedious for you to add them to 230 teams 😄
