350 four-legged friends celebrated the awarding of the GERMAN PETFLUENCER AWARDS 2023 at the TONY Beachparty in Cologne on Saturday. Moderator Sandra Kuhn, together with the expert jury around dog coach Kate Kitchenham and the main sponsors Agria Tierversicherung and animonda, chose the five most successful animal content creators. The title of “Petfluencer of the Year” went to Mojo, Rana and Mateo and their owner Vanessa from Solingen. Assistance dog Jules from near Oldenburg received the “Purpose Award of the Year”; the category honors dedicated dog accounts that use their reach for meaningful content. The “Audience Award of the Year” goes to 2023 in the Ruhr region – to Rottweiler Amy and firefighter Pia from the TikTok account “rottiamy”.

In the category “Video Creator of the Year 2023”, Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever Taru and his owner Raphael convinced the jury. On their Instagram and TikTok accounts, the Berlin human-dog duo shows great video content with helpful tips & tricks about life with four-legged friends.

Sophie and Pascal and their four-legged friends Nika and Zoe deliver a good sense of humor in the chaos of everyday life with a dog, as well as a well-rounded overall appearance in pictures, text and video on Instagram. The jury of experts recognized this with the award for the best dog account among 50,000 followers: “alittlebigchaos” is “Micro-Petfluencer of the Year 2023”.

In addition to the presentation of the GERMAN PETFLUENCER AWARDS 2023, the event also offered other highlights for the invited petfluencer celebrities. The sponsors made sure that the four-legged and two-legged guests were not bored. While fashion & lifestyle photographer Benjamin Kaufmann took portraits of the dogs with their humans on site, animonda offered the whole product variety to discover – and an invitation to swim in the pool. No beach party without ice cream, Agria Tierversicherung thought, and offered sugar-free treats with toppings of choice to the fur noses with a dog ice cream parlor.

MSD Animal Health invited all guests to support “SOKO Kriminalfelle” in its investigation of a dangerous serial offender. The aim of the campaign: to create awareness for the topic of year-round parasite prophylaxis.

In a large Bedouin tent, the Wildes Land brand welcomed all visitors in a lounge, presented its product world and invited them to a professional photo shoot, in line with the motto “Make your Moment”. At Wolfsblut, there was not only the opportunity to refresh oneself at the bar with a tasty drink, but also to meet dog trainer André Vogt in person – and the chance to win a private training session with him.

Tails.com presented the new brand ambassador Janine Kunze at the TONY Beachparty. At the dog food manufacturer’s booth, the actress and presenter gave exclusive insights into life with her cuddly Maltipoo male dog Krümel.

At mera, Christmas was in full swing with a Christmas tree, Advent calendar and XXL snow globe – and, of course, really tasty for four-legged friends. EDEKA not only provided the dogs with delicious snacks from 4Paws, but also ensured pure coffee enjoyment for tired two-legged friends thanks to the innovative “CoffeeB” coffee.

Croozer invited all two-legged and four-legged bike fans to get to know the joint-friendly bike trailers and to test them on site. Dogstyler, the dog store, also had a good turnout with chic car seats for four-legged friends. Dogs were allowed to try out the seats and make a wave in front of a 3D photo wall with a surfboard. The doggy event guests were able to put their nose to the test at the Earth Animal sniffing test – and find out their favorite flavor of the No-Hide chewing bones.

Of course, the German Animal Welfare Association did not miss the dog party of the year and drew attention to its Findefix register.

Your own furry nose as a cover star on THE dog magazine? No problem for the “dogs” GIF box. Here, dachshunds, German shepherds & co. were allowed to pose for their cover – and their two-legged friends also got the picture sent straight to their smartphones.

At the TONY Pop-up Market, beach party guests could also discover handmade items: Here, small brands and manufactories presented their products with attention to detail.
