You roll out of Lund with the Baltic on one side, easy miles on an e-bike that does the hard work for you. Somewhere along the way, the group stops for the famous Edelweiss picnic, a spread of local food laid out in the middle of nowhere in particular, one of those meals you’ll still be talking about after the trip. And just when you think the day’s already a win, Kivik shows up with a hillside of apple orchards to ride through before you even reach the hotel. Not a bad way to earn a good night’s sleep. 😄
