🌲 Cycling Through the Finnish Taiga | POV Bike Adventure Near Elimyssalo
Leaving the wilderness of Elimyssalo behind, I continue my bicycle journey through the vast forests of eastern Finland. The narrow forest roads lead deeper into the Finnish taiga, surrounded by towering pine trees, moss-covered ground and the quiet atmosphere of the northern wilderness.
This is a real first-person cycling experience — no scripted adventure, just the road ahead, the rhythm of the bicycle and the freedom of travelling through remote landscapes.
For me, travelling by bicycle is about more than reaching a destination. It is about experiencing a place slowly, observing the landscape and discovering the small details that are easy to miss when travelling faster.
The forests around Elimyssalo are part of a landscape where wilderness still matters. Every kilometre is an opportunity to appreciate the beauty and importance of Finland’s boreal forests.
