Have done 300 km with my new size large grail. After three bikes with AXS, I am super happy to be back on mechanical shimano with the crisp and snappy shifting. Mods so far, Thunder burt tubeless tires, ultegra brake discs, HG body and 11-36 cassette. Weight down from 9.5 to 8.7 kg ready to ride. Aim for 8.5 kg with a new crankset, which should be in the same ballpark as the cfr.
