Recommendations for southern part of the GB divide

As we are planning our yearly bikepacking trip we've sort of settled on doing the southern most part of the GB divide. https://bikepacking.com/routes/gb-divide/

We'll do a 5day trip from Sennen to bristol over the last weekend of May 2027

Looking for recommendations regarding climate, riding gear, stops/sleeping, food and sightseeing.
