Looking to ride around my neighborhood with friends and maybe go on some small hills once in a while. I’m not a very experienced biker so I don’t need anything special. Just something that works. I’m 5’2. Could you also suggest some other models to look for used that fit my needs and price? My budget is under $400. Thanks.
