Details: Iulia Cebotari started using a bicycle as a means of transportation because of a psychological problem that made it difficult for her to use public transportation. Soon after she discovered how comfortable, efficient, ecological and cheap it is, use it every day. Along with some other friends, colleagues she began promoting the need of improving the city infrastructure in order to make it safer for the bike riders and to determine more people to choose this means of transport.
