My bike tour through France takes me from Tarbes via Toulouse to Carcassonne. Temperatures reach 40°C, and I pedal along the foothills of the Pyrenees from one campground to the next. The friendly host near Toulouse takes me along on a solidarity ride with the bike convoy for people cycling from Spain to Turkey for the COP 31 summit. I’ll also pay a quick visit to Toulouse and check out a few art museums. I continue through the hilly countryside toward Carcassonne. Of course, I’ll check out the highlights there.
