We set off on a do it yourself biking adventure around the city of Copenhagen. Here, bikes are so popular, you can find them on every corner of the city! Bike lanes and dedicated bike traffic signals help us as we make our way around the city on a mission to spot three famous landmarks; the Little Mermaid Statue, the colorful street of Nyhaven, and the Round Tower. Come along with us as we explore!

We stayed at the Marriott Copenhagen hotel and rented bikes from them, but bike rental companies can be found all over the city for all ages of riders. Kids under 12 may be safest in a tagalong bike attached to a parent.

Hi, we are the Stranathan Family! In 2018 we hit the road full-time to travel in our RV across the US. Our mission was to visit all 50 states and as many National Parks as possible! Along the way we’ve homeschooled our two kids. Traveling the country has been such a gift to us and we want to share the journey with you! Follow along for family friendly adventures, with a little learning and some laughs mixed in. #bikingcopenhagen #elementaryexplorers #copenhagenwithkids
