🇭🇷 We’re in Croatia now… and the sea is only 10 KM away! 🌊🚴♀️🚴♂️
🚴♀️🚴♂️ Two bikes. 1,600 KM. 5 countries. And absolutely no idea how this trip was going to end. 😂🌍
Adrian makes the plans… and I usually find a way to change them. 😅
We started from Jimbolia, Romania, planning to cycle through Serbia and Croatia, reach the coast, and then return through Hungary. Simple, right? Well… not exactly. 😂
🌧️ When we reached the Croatian coast, a storm caught us, and Adrian wanted to take the train home.
I said: “Absolutely not. I’m not ready to go home!” 😂
🇮🇹 So I came up with a tiny little suggestion…
“Why don’t we just go to Italy?”
And just like that, our three-country cycling trip became a five-country adventure! 🚴♀️🚴♂️
🏔️ We crossed Slovenia, cycled through beautiful mountain roads and tiny villages, and somehow ended up heading towards Ljubljana.
Then we saw a sign saying Ljubljana was only 60 km away…
And you already know what happened. 😂
“Let’s go to Ljubljana!”
❤️ And honestly, I’m so glad we did. The mountains, the quiet roads, the little villages… those are the moments that make a bike trip unforgettable.
🇭🇷 And because apparently one extra capital wasn’t enough, we thought…
“Why not visit Zagreb too?” 😅
And that’s how a simple cycling plan turned into 1,600 KM through Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy and Hungary. 🌍🚴♀️🚴♂️
🛑 Sometimes you start with a plan.
⛈️🌪️⚡ Then the weather changes.
😂 Then you change the plan.
❤️ And somehow… you end up with an adventure you’ll never forget.
