I have a Canyon Ultimate CF7 with SRAM rival etap and have been experiencing some chain drops even after bringing the bike to Canyon to get everything adjusted properly.
When cleaning my bike I noticed a big, deep chip on the bottom of my frame. I guess this needs replacing or could it be fixed?
Does anyone have any experience as to whether this is covered under Canyon warranty? I brought the bike in for service to address this exact issue…
