This was a very windy 50 mile cycle ride. I came across 2 sets of temporary traffic lights that were not working, so I had no choice but to ride through the red signals.
My observations are the subject of this ride. So come along and enjoy another great cycling adventure.

  1. Just serviced my Creo with new chain, new headset bearings and new pads, feels like a new bike so will take your advice and get out there. With regards to Cycliq, myself and 2 mate all purchased the original Fly12 with the 400 lm light. Fast forward a year and all the lights had failed due to battery issues. I replaced the cells in mine, but it look like that is degrading to. Will keep an eye on it, but tend not to use it and can't rely on it.

  2. Another great video! Thanks for taking the time to create it.

I also have a Fly12 but only use the camera function (I have separate light for front and rear integrated into my head unit). Video quality is okay. Use it mostly for proof in case of a crash (let’s hope I never have to test it).

  3. Another great ride there and you showed us just how nice the autumn colours are right now. Your stop off is where I want to get to to photograph the colours but a tempory bad back is putting a spanner in the works! There may be closer options tho so there's still a chance. Just remembered; seeing those hedge/verge flails reminds me of puncture risk, glad I've not had to deal with one of those for a long time.👍

  4. Another enjoyable ride, Dave 👍 Hate to see those hedge cutters out, especially if they are cutting those thorn hedges and leave the thorns all over the road 😡
