The seat post needs to come out as it’s aluminium I think? Swap in a leather brooks?
Wheels look pretty clean and no corrosion on spokes / nipples. Keep those and degrease jobs?
Tyres are Hutchinson’s and don’t look cracked or worn. Keep for now? Look like 21mm or smaller – hilarious skinny against my road 28mm now.
Weird great set up – front shifters are odd. Might go back to index downshifters?
Lot of the gruppo is suntour.
Bars look fine but will replace tape when I do the brakes / shifters.
General advice and places to get parts would be really appreciated! TIA.
Edit – want this as an around town bike. No tour, race or gravel ambitions.
