I recently started fixing up an old bike that was my dad from the late 70s – 80s (not too sure). Ive put alot of work into and its really come around new tires and all. However, I took it to the bike shop just to see if what I had been doing is good with the breaks and all and to see if I need a new chain. I spoke to the shop owner and he said it sadly needs a new rear derailleur. Since the bike is old he said if he put something new on it would be like putting honda parts in a ferrari. So I need help I looked online and could t find the exact part or at-least it doesn’t look like it. I really want to keep her alive. Its a motobecane nomade Ii with a “suntour SEVEN” derailleur.
