Just picked this Bianchi up about 3 weeks ago and I haven’t had this much fun with a bike since I was a kid. Looking to slowly make this into my full time project bike. Wanted to know peoples take on removing original components (Not restoring them) and adding new components (ie. Newer Brakes, Crankset, Cassette, derailers, saddle etc). I had a guy pull me over the other day and was blown away by how everything was still original on this bike but a part of me wants to modernize it and make it extremely fun to ride. What’s everyone’s thoughts?
