In this episode, I continue my cycling journey along the Dnipro River in Ukraine, exploring the hidden granite landscapes near Domotkan and Pravoberezhne.
After spending the night by the river, I set out to discover more of this unique area — from ancient granite formations and abandoned quarries to quiet shores and breathtaking viewpoints overlooking the Kamianske Reservoir.
This part of Ukraine is shaped by millions of years of geological history. The granite cliffs and deep valleys are reminders of the ancient landscapes that existed long before us, including traces left by the Ice Age.
Cycling through these places is not only about distance. It is about slowing down, exploring forgotten corners of nature, and discovering the beauty that often remains hidden just beyond the familiar roads.
Join me on this peaceful autumn bikepacking adventure through one of Ukraine’s lesser-known landscapes.
