Today’s race recap takes us to Roeselare, Belgium, for an 85 km road race over 14 laps.
After spending the entire race in the breakaway yesterday, I was curious to see how my legs would respond. They actually felt great, and I attacked over and over again. Every time I tried to get away, the peloton followed. Every time someone else attacked, I found myself chasing them back.
A frustrating race where nothing seemed to work, despite giving everything until the very end.
